This page is the public web resource for requesting deletion of a Lumio account and associated user data.

It explains how you can delete your Lumio account, what data is deleted, what may remain temporarily, and what happens to an active Google Play subscription.

1. How to delete your Lumio account in the app

You can delete your Lumio account directly inside the Lumio app.

To delete your account:

1. Open the Lumio app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open the Account section.
5. Tap Delete account.
6. Read the confirmation message carefully.
7. Confirm account deletion.

After successful deletion, you will be signed out of the app.

Account deletion is permanent. After your account is deleted, your Lumio account data cannot be restored.
